Why can't I log on to the course?

You may be accessing the incorrect log in page – please ensure you follow the link in the initial automated email. The log in page can also be sensitive to any additional spaces before or after the username and password, please ensure there are no spaces in the text boxes

Why am I unable to launch the course?

This is most likely to be because your Flash player is not up to date. Please ensure you have the latest version of flash player installed on your PC. If you still cannot launch the course, please check the firewalls associated with your PC. Occasionally when candidates access the course through their work PC/network, the firewall blocks their access. If this does occur, please contact your technical team and see if they can white list the web page. If not, you will need to access the course via your home PC/network.

Why does it say my course access has expired?

Your access to the course material will depend on the licence term you initially purchased. If your course access has expired and you require extra time, please contact one of our training advisers at INFO@ITIL-TRAINING.CO.UK or your technical team and see if they can white list the web page.
